Just had a slight doubt about how the elbow plot is made. If I understand correctly, the distribution of the upper triangular part of the consensus matrix for each K gives a distribution which is then used to find the CDF of that distribution. But the elbow plot would require a single value for each K, right? How is that value being calculated?
